The new rangie.com Range Rover Knowledge Base has finally been launched (1st September 2003)

Having been completely overwhelmed by the volume of articles coming in for the original rangie.com site, we decided to redesign the site to allow automated submissions without needing as much input from the design team. Also, having seen the troubles that 2nd Generation (P38) Range Rover owners were having in finding information specific to their vehicles, the new site was designed to provide a resource for all models.

We are relying on owners of these vehicles to write the articles to fill the knowledge base so if you have any information, whether for a classic, 2nd or 3rd generation rangie, please share it by submitting an article.

Some parts of the site have not yet been implemented. We made the decision that since the development of the site had taken so long (years, not months) due to other work commitments, that we would publish what we had completed so far and would add the other features as and when we have time.

Lastly, a few words of thanks - we would like to thank all the people who have contributed their knowledge to the site, without you this site would be nothing. Thank you to all the people who have been sending us emails of appreciation and encouragement, and finally of course thank you to all of you for being so patient while waiting for the new version to go live. Hopefully it was worth the wait!
